Project Manager

Gilbert Architects is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This full-time role is ideal for a candidate with 5–10 years of experience. The position offers flexible work arrangements, including potential hybrid options based on experience and role requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating and communicating project needs with clients and the design team, leading projects through all phases of design documentation and construction administration, and serving as a team leader and primary point of contact. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in architecture, experience in educational or commercial architectural design, proficiency with Revit/BIM, knowledge of building and zoning codes, construction techniques and detailing, specifications, contracts and general conditions, and an understanding of sustainable building strategies (LEED).
