Project Manager (Architecture - Base Building)

A focus for the role will be building client relationships and driving business opportunities. 10-15 years of experience in the commercial Architecture & Design industry, inclusive of experience as a Project ManagerExperience delivering architecture and master planning projects for Government and Higher Education clients (including State construction agencies)Experience leading projects of a variety of scalesStrong leadership, organization, communication and interpersonal management skillsAbility to develop collaborative relationships across the firm, with clients, and with other key constituents.Commitment to a collaborative design processExperience negotiating project scope and feesKnowledge of local building codes and standardsA commitment to the principles of sustainable design, and experience integrating them on specific projectsProfessional degree (Master or Bachelor) in Architecture from an accredited programLicensed / Registered Architect and LEED accreditation are a plusProven experience mentoring and coaching teammatesProven experience building trust with clients and developing client relationshipsThis is not a hybrid or remote position.
