JOB SUMMARY: The Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of a project to completion. Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Adhere to Cooper Carry and the Client guidelines and meets deadlines within budget for each projectMaintain knowledge of Cooper Carry projects and resourcesDevelop project strategic work plan and scheduleServe as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client's satisfactionActively manage client budgets, schedules and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project staffingActively participate at the appropriate level in developing and administering Owner and Consultant agreementsSupport the project teams as needed with technical and design-orientated documentation.Participate in proposal/marketing efforts and presentationsAssist in development of the Firm's design standardsMaintain base state registration, and professional affiliationsNegotiate Consultant contracts as requiredPromote a collaborative team atmosphereContribute as required to the overall quality and success of the project, studio and firm, including participating in QA/QC reviews, ensuring adherence to the firm's quality control processes.Actively participate in professional development and performance management of Staff May directly supervise Architects and designers. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
