General Requirements

Manage client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments. Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts.Serve as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfactionPrepare strategic plans for project success. Coordinate all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projectManage multiple small/medium projects, coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, and estimate scope of workLead multidisciplinary teams through a project’s conception to its completionPerform design and detailing on architectural projectsConduct and lead design meetings with clients and or consultants through all project phases Review documents for areas of conflict with all disciplinesIndependently coordinate the work of multidisciplinary teams Perform QA/QC and technical reviewsCoordinate architectural specificationsPerform construction contract administrationManage with excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrive to achieve sDC processes and protocols

Technical Skills: Level 5

A person with a Level 5 skillset can say with confidence that they can successfully execute and teach the Technical Responsibilities for this position for the entirety of a project.

Required Qualifications

Professional degree in Architecture8+ years’ experience Prior experience in a Project Management roleRegistered Architect preferredHighly proficient in use of Autodesk Revit (8+ years exp) Familiarity with software related to industry standards in modeling, and designProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Schedule)Strong written and communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated graphic presentation skillsDemonstrated experience preparing architectural contract documents
