About ELMO STUDIOS

ELMO STUDIOS is a boutique architecture and interior design practice based in New York City. The studio takes a fully integrated approach, treating architecture and interiors as inseparable parts of a single design vision. Rooted in a philosophy of refined minimalism, the work is defined by clarity, precision, and material integrity. At its core, the studio is driven by curiosity and a commitment to innovation — continually rethinking how space is inhabited and experienced. Projects are carried through all phases, from concept to construction, with a focus on thoughtful design and lasting impact.

The Role

The Project Manager will lead two to three projects concurrently, depending on scale and complexity, serving as the sole point of contact across all phases of each project. The role encompasses communication, timelines, deliverables, and coordination from early concept through construction administration.

While ELMO STUDIOS works across residential, retail, hospitality, and select office projects, this position requires substantial prior experience in high-end residential architecture in New York City. A strong design sensibility — across both architecture and interiors — is essential. The role calls for someone who balances leadership with hands-on engagement, contributing meaningfully to design development while managing complex workflows and external coordination.
