Brand new opportunity for an Architectural Project Manager to join a design-driven commercial architecture firm! You will lead small to mid-sized public and private projects.

This is an opportunity to be accepted into a nationally active practice with a strong reputation across healthcare, civic, education, healthcare, retail, corporate, manufacturing, and community markets.

Due to continued growth, we are hiring another Project Manager immediately.

What You Will Do:

Serve as the primary client liaisonLead and mentor a small internal project teamOwn schedules, budgets, scope, and project deliveryManage multiple small to mid-sized commercial and civic projects Lead projects from conceptual design through construction administrationPrepare and execute strategic project plans for successful deliveryCoordinate architectural, technical, and administrative effortsActively manage project budgets, schedules, and scopeMaintain direct client relationships and lead client meetingsGuide internal project teams and consultant coordinationSupport business development and client relationship growth

Requirements:

8+ years of professional architectural experience will be considered, 10–25+ preferredExperience managing small to mid-sized commercial Ability to lead client meetings and manage internal project teamsProfessional degree in Architecture from an accredited programLicensed Architect in MinnesotaWorking knowledge of Revit
