The Project Manager & Architect (PM/PA) is responsible for leading the design, documentation, and execution of multifamily and retail projects from concept through construction. This position requires sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to mentor junior staff while delivering complex projects in a collaborative, principle‑based design culture. • Lead multifamily and retail projects through all phases, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. • 7–15 years of professional experience in architecture, with a focus on multifamily and mixed‑use projects.
