Colliers Engineering & Design, is looking for licensed architects to join our growing Commercial Retail team as a Project Manager in our San Antonio, TX office. • Ensure that all scope revisions affecting the project schedule and/or budget are discussed with the client. • Ensure that all out-of-scope work and associated fees are approved by the client prior to performing the services. • Previous business development and project management experience preferred in planning and executing design/construction projects. • Client facing experience.
