Architecture and Interior Architecture content creation consistent with the directions of the project Director, Vice President, and the SLR Design Guidelines and Product Guidelines As a registered architect, the Project Manager is responsible for the coordination, and day-to-day administration of the architecture services and creation of the Instruments of Service. As the lead representative on this Design-Build team, the Architecture Project Manager is responsible for identifying architecture services tasks and is responsible for the delivery/execution of those services to complete work and advance the development. Working under the leadership of the Project Director or Vice President, responsibility for Construction Contract Administration services, consistent with the architect’s obligations of the OA Agreement. Licensed architect with 8 or more years of experience within the multifamily, mixed-use or hospitality industry as a project architect. Previous experience as a PA for multifamily project types is highly valued.
