Project Manager-Architecture

What You'll Be Doing: The Project Manager is responsible for leading, overseeing, supervising, and coordinating project activities. Fulfill the role of Project Architect and AOR on most projects; pending the size/complexity of projects a separate project architect may be assigned. What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate has a Bachelors and/or Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent work experience as required to maintain their licensed architect status, and 10 or more years of experience as a licensed architect in Ohio and/or Michigan. Previous use and understanding of AutoCAD and Revit design software with the ability to produce preliminary and schematic designs in AutoCAD at a minimum, but Revit is desired. Strong communication skills required to navigate and negotiate between owner requests and Bergmann's best interest Willingness to mentor team members on technical and professional skills Previous business development and project management experience preferred in planning and executing design/construction projectsAbility to work in close collaboration with other managers and leadership, clients, in-house and outside consultantsClient facing experienceAbility to work primarily independentlyWilling to travel occasionally to client sites and meetings Our Project Managers also:
