+ Manage permitting and code compliance processes, including conducting code reviews, coordinating with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), preparing and submitting permit documents, and integrating building code and LEED requirements into project designs. + Background in architectural design with the ability to understand and guide design intent. + Strong project coordination skills, including managing consultants, schedules, and meeting documentation. + Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-direction while contributing effectively to a team. + Interest in working across the full project lifecycle from design through construction.
