We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Architecture team. In this role, you’ll lead and manage multiple restoration and rehabilitation projects across New York City. Lead medium to large-scale architectural projects with minimal supervision.Coordinate all project phases including investigation, budgeting, documentation, municipal filing, construction administration, project financials, and close-out.Prepare and oversee technical documents including field reports, cost estimates, specifications, and AutoCAD drawings.Conduct site inspections from ground level to suspended scaffolding (6–60 stories).Maintain client relationships and act as primary liaison for project communication and documentation.Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications and NYC building codes.Troubleshoot project-specific issues and implement timely solutions.Stay current on NYC building codes and public review processes. This position is based in New York, NY, with a hybrid schedule.Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.Travel requirements: Fieldwork expected 25%–75% of the time.
