Must be able to represent the company with clients and consultants with a wide range of technical knowledge related to architecture, building and construction.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: Ability to multi-task and establish priorities on multiple projects at various stages of work, consult with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements and ensure that design meets aesthetic standards and construction projects meet building regulation compliance. Tasks include broad oversight of the complete Contract Documents, including drawings and specifications. Proficient in contract administration, fee negotiation, monitoring of budgets and billings; preparation of Additional Service Requests.Prepare and ensure accuracy of technical documents through Quality Assurance reviews at different phases of project. Resolve complex technical/design issues and provides support, guidance and training to team.QualificationsEducation and AbilitiesBachelor’s degree in accredited Architecture programMinimum of ten (10) years experience as an architect; 15 years experience is preferredAbility to demonstrate strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to interact professionally and comfortably and build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationshipsDemonstrated experience with client interaction and ability to lead and mentor a teamAutoCAD and Revit experience.
