Architectural Solutions The Project Manager, Architectural Solutions is accountable to ensure the overall success of a project’s order and installation. Duties Include: OngoingAssist sales team where possible as a subject matter expert for Architectural Interiors products to help add technical assistance in gaining new clients or opportunities.Create and maintain strong working relationships with general contractors, installation, and product vendors.Hold weekly status report meetings to review active projects with the team.Attend client and GC meetings as required and communicate to team the project status.Review weekly backlogs and send invoicing requests to finance for product and service invoicing.Other duties as assignedQualificationsRequired EducationBachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or 3 plus years of related experience in project management in commercial construction, architectural, or commercial interiors.Required skillsExcellent technical and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal skills in communicationUnderstanding of how to manage complex supply chainStrong organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects at oncePreferred skillsPlanGrid / Autodesk BuildRevitProcore / Construction management softwareProject SpecAdobe AcrobatGood knowledge of MS Office and proficient in Excel.High level of product knowledgeHigh level of independence – able to work with minimal supervision
