Project Manager - Architecture

MSP was established in 1856 (over 165 years ago), with clients located across the Midwest, including some of the largest businesses and education providers in the tri-state area. Consideration may be given to candidates seeking or qualified to obtain professional licensure Proven success leading multi-disciplinary project teams on a wide variety of building types Working knowledge of Revit in the production of construction drawings is a must Ability to use AutoCAD and Sketchup is a plus Proficient in Technical Specification Writing required Experience with all aspects of Construction Administration, including construction observation (jobsite walk-through), pay app review, preparation of change orders, conducting and attending job-site meetings, and project close-out
