Project Manager - Federal

The Project Manager will organize, manage, and plan complex architectural and engineering projects for clients of the Company. They will ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications and with accuracy and efficiency.Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegate workflow accordingly. Communicate and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide information required to develop proposals in pursuit of new projects.Works with construction administration teams to ensure project designs are properly executed.Ensures compliance with federal, state local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.Perform other related duties as assigned.Travel: 10% up to 25% at times.Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and client service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong supervisory and leadership skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the projects being developed.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Experience in Revit, VantagePoint or other Resource Planning and scheduling software.Willingness and interest in mentoring and developing rising architects and engineers.Qualifications / Prior Experience Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering or similar related field.
