Project Manager - Healthcare Architecture (Hybrid)

The Healthcare Architecture Project Manager is responsible for the successful completion of one or more projects, managing the contracted scope, schedule, and budget at all phases of the project(s) from pre-design through construction administration. Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or equivalent education in an AEC related field.Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in a professional office setting,Demonstrated history of success in leading a team and managing one or more projects, including the ability to monitor, adjust and maintain scope, schedule, and budgets of projects.Familiarity with multiple project delivery methods.Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, including the ability to recognize and successfully navigate client and agency challenges and/or issues.Effective communication skillsExperience or knowledge of Health Care and or Science/Technology a plus. *Salary range is dependent on geographical location, years of experience in the industry and core markets, software skills, role responsibilities, and licensure and/or certifications.
