Project Manager, Landscape Architect/Designer

In office work local travel will be required for attending client or public meetings, scoping new assignments, and participating in internal meetings with staff in Community Development and across all business lines. Your Key Responsibilities Project management Prepare and oversee project scoping, graphics, concept design through construction document phase and construction administration. Experience with public and private sectors Desire and the ability to lead and contribute on multiple levels within the design process. Well-versed in local, regional, and national trends in planning, landscape architecture, and urban design. Possesses excellent time management skills and has a thorough understanding of task assignment and schedule, budgeting, and efficient use of time and resources.
