Your projects will cover a variety of sectors, including K-12 schools, municipal developments, site developments, higher education, and public spaces. Your role will encompass the complete management of project design solutions, from initial concept to final construction, ensuring seamless coordination among internal team members and external stakeholders. We offer the following office locations where you can choose to work: A Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or a related field.Licensure as a Landscape Architect in NY or PA, or the ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity.A minimum of 5 years’ experience in landscape architecture with at least 2 years in project management.Demonstrated strengths in project management including client coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership.Technical expertise in: AutoCAD Civil 3D for site design and grading.Planting design, cost estimating, specification review, and technical writing.Construction administration processes.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills for effective collaboration within an interdisciplinary design team and with clients.Proficiency in design and visualization software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lumion, SketchUp, or ESRI is advantageous.Experience in athletic facility design or related site development projects is a plus.Why Choose Us?
