Project Manager – Licensed Architect

Are you a licensed architect that leads projects, manages teams, and delivers design solutions? This is a brand-new opportunity to take ownership of projects from early concept through construction, while working in a fun, collaborative, and flexible design environment.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership & DeliveryLead projects through all phases: Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development, ConstructionDocuments, and Construction AdministrationEstablish and manage project scope, schedule, and budgetEnsure alignment with client goals, code requirements, and quality standards

Client Management

Serve as the primary client contact, building relationshipsLead meetings, presentations, and coordinationManage expectations, risks, and project outcomes

Team Coordination

Direct and coordinate internal staff and external consultantsDelegate tasks effectively and monitor progress, quality, and deadlinesFoster collaboration across disciplinesTechnical OversightEnsure design and documentation meet building codes, regulations, and constructability standardsOversee quality control and coordinate document reviewsSupport problem-solving during design and construction

Requirements

Licensed Architect (AIA)8+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in project deliveryAbility to manage budgets, schedules, and consulting teamsUnderstanding of building systems, codes, and construction processesCommunication, leadership, and client management skillsAbility to balance design vision with technical executionAble to lead both clients and internal teamsDesire to mentor junior designers
