Professional degree in Architecture.5+ years of experience in commercial architecture; health + wellness experience is a plus.Strong design sensibility and the ability to recognize, develop, and refine good design.Working knowledge of the architectural project delivery process, from early design through construction.Excellent verbal, written, graphic, and interpersonal communication skills.Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite.Familiarity with the International Building Code, Life Safety Code, and Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS). Be resourceful, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of your work.Develop thoughtful design solutions to problems both large and small.Organize and manage project teams, including coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project partners.Clearly communicate design ideas through drawings, graphics, and presentations.Develop and refine design concepts into coordinated construction documents.Remain actively involved in projects through construction, including oversight of construction administration.Contribute to the continued improvement of how we design, document, coordinate, and deliver our work.
