Project Manager / Project Architect

Overview

At Fox Architects, we are looking for a Project Manager / Project Architect who is both a leader and a collaborator—someone who can guide projects with clarity while elevating the team around them. This role is about more than managing schedules and drawings; it’s about understanding our clients, shaping environments that perform, and delivering work that reflects both design intent and real-world constructability.

You will lead projects from early conversations through completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and our internal team to ensure every decision supports the bigger picture. What You’ll Do

Lead projects from initial conversations through construction, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and schedules.
Work directly with clients to understand their business, challenges, and vision—and translate that into thoughtful, high-performing environments.
Collaborate with internal teams and consultants to develop clear, coordinated design and documentation.
Guide the development of drawings and models in Revit and other tools, ensuring clarity, quality, and constructability.
Manage project schedules and workflows in a way that keeps momentum without overcomplicating the process.
Stay engaged during construction—reviewing progress, answering questions, and protecting design intent.
Support proposals and client conversations as part of building and strengthening long-term relationships.
Ensure projects align with applicable codes, regulations, and project requirements without losing sight of design quality.

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience leading architectural projects, ideally across workplace, industrial, or complex environments.
Proficiency in Revit, along with a comfort level in presentation tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
Solid understanding of construction processes, detailing, and coordination across disciplines.
Ability to manage multiple projects while staying organized and focused on what matters most.
Someone who communicates clearly and builds trust—with clients, consultants, and teammates.
Interest in being part of business development conversations and helping grow relationships over time.
A mindset that balances design thinking with practical execution.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
