Support and lead projects through multiple phases of design and constructionCoordinate project efforts, including consultant coordination, documentation, and client communicationAssist in managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverablesServe as a client contact and help maintain strong working relationshipsCollaborate with project teams to ensure clear communication and organized executionParticipate proactively in strategic planning and problem-solving throughout project deliveryContribute to project proposals, fee development, and scope definitionTake initiative in identifying project needs, coordination issues, and opportunities for improvementSupport and mentor younger staff while continuing to grow personally and professionallyHelp maintain a thoughtful, collaborative, and design-focused studio culture Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program7 or more years of professional experienceLicensure preferred but not requiredExperience contributing to or managing architectural projects across multiple phasesStrong organizational, communication, and coordination skillsSolid technical understanding and ability to coordinate project documentationSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiativeDesire to grow into larger project leadership responsibilitiesAbility to balance design intent, technical execution, and client expectationsProficiency in Revit and standard architectural software platforms
