Project Manager, Residential Architecture

The studio invests in mentorship with tailored review cycles and structured goal-setting, supports AXP requirements and licensure, and runs a culture where architects carry projects from concept to completion rather than handing them between departments. Projects run two to five years, with a portfolio carrying an aggregate construction cost of $5M to $10M and annual design fees in the range of $750K to $1.5M. The design survives contact with construction • Working drawings and construction documents are coordinated so the built work matches the design intent • Office standards and filing systems hold, so anyone can find the current truth of a project • Accredited degree in Architecture • 6 to 7+ years of professional high-end residential experience • Licensed, or close to licensure • Advanced skill in 3D modeling and BIM plus 2D drafting (ArchiCAD preferred, not required) • Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication • Ability to manage teams and multiple concurrent projects
