Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited school5-15 years of relevant professional experienceRegistered Architect preferred, but not requiredProficiency in Revit is required; familiarity with Rhino, Bluebeam, Enscape, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) also expectedStrong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with attention to detailAbility to lead and direct multiple design teams and projects during different phasesMust be able to work locally at our L.A. office with authorization to work in the United States Experience as a project architect with a strong background in commercial towers and multifamily / mixed-use projectsDirect project experience working within Los Angeles building standards and regulationsStrong experience in building codes, local permitting, entitlement process, and building constructionExperience managing multiple aspects of client, team, and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with design and engineering consultants This is a full-time position with salary commensurate with experience and office structure.
