Project Manager/Architect

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Project Manager/Architect to join our collaborative architectural studio. The ideal candidate is a dedicated professional who values client relationships, pursues excellence in design and documentation, and takes pride in seeing projects through every stage — from concept to completion.

The position requires a strong understanding of design development and construction documentation processes, as well as proficiency in architectural planning, drafting, detailing, and building materials. A solid working knowledge of applicable codes is essential.

Our project managers are hands-on leaders who engage directly with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure that design intent and quality are carried through every phase of the project.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an NCARB accredited school

5+ years' of experience

Licensed in Indiana

Skills & Abilities

Collaboration skills for developing design ideas, details, and solutions with the project team

Ability to produce a comprehensive set of construction documents

Proficiency in managing submittals, RFIs, substitution requests, and related construction phase documentation

Experience conducting on-site observations and preparing clear, detailed site review reports

Strong ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

Effective time management and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Consistent attention to detail in all aspects of project delivery

Working knowledge of BIM modeling
