Project Manager/Architect

The position requires a strong understanding of design development and construction documentation processes, as well as proficiency in architectural planning, drafting, detailing, and building materials. A solid working knowledge of applicable codes is essential. Our project managers are hands-on leaders who engage directly with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure that design intent and quality are carried through every phase of the project. Qualifications • Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an NCARB accredited school • 5+ years' of experience • Licensed in Indiana Skills & Abilities • Collaboration skills for developing design ideas, details, and solutions with the project team • Ability to produce a comprehensive set of construction documents • Proficiency in managing submittals, RFIs, substitution requests, and related construction phase documentation • Experience conducting on-site observations and preparing clear, detailed site review reports • Strong ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously • Effective time management and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Consistent attention to detail in all aspects of project delivery • Working knowledge of BIM modeling
