Project Manager/Estimator - Division 8 & 10

We are seeking a detail-driven Project Manager / Estimator to organize, plan, and manage our Division 8 and 10 door, frame, and hardware projects across their full lifecycle — from takeoff and estimating through detailing, purchasing, scheduling, and delivery coordination. This is a single point of ownership role for someone who can read a set of plans, interpret a spec, price a bid accurately, and then carry the awarded job through procurement and jobsite delivery, building and maintaining a positive relationship with the customer throughout the project. • Perform door, frame, and hardware takeoffs from architectural drawings and door schedules • 3+ years' experience in the door, frame, and hardware industry or in Division 8/10 commercial construction • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe; familiarity with CAD a plus
