Project Manager/Project Designer

We are seeking a Project Manager with 5–8 years of experience, comfortable leading the technical documentation and realization of design-forward projects in a small studio environment. What You’ll Do Engage directly with multi-cultural communities to support mission-based projects Prepare and manage architectural drawing sets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and technical integrity Own quality control (QA/QC) across all project phases, including documentation review and coordination Participate in direct communication with clients, contractors, and project partners Manage drawing packages, submittals, and RFIs during construction administration Provide technical and design guidance to junior team members Improve and maintain internal workflows and documentation standards to support studio growth Coordinate RFQs/RFPs and public bids, including schedules, requirements, and submissions What We Are Looking For 5–8 years of professional experience in Architecture or related design practice Exceptional design and graphic skills Dedication to internal and external collaboration, and enthusiasm for community engagement in a multi-cultural setting. Demonstrated experience with well-coordinated architectural drawing sets, quality control, and documentation Experience preparing proposals, contracts, and invoices Experience supporting or guiding junior team members Clear written and verbal communication skills - in particular, the ability to discuss design with constituents and project partners without design backgrounds Qualified candidates will be adept in AutoCAD, REVIT, Adobe Creative Suite, and Rhinoceros (or compatible 3D modeling software) An optimistic and enthusiastic contributor Comfort working across multiple project phases in a small-team setting Candidates must be available to work on-site in our Worcester-based office Hybrid work option anticipates 3+ days in-office Not Required, But Great to Have Spanish language proficiency is highly valued.
