Proposal Manager

DAG Architects is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Proposal Manager to support business acquisition efforts within the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry. This role is responsible for leading the development of Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), proposals, and presentation materials while ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate is an experienced proposal professional with strong writing, editing, graphic coordination, and project management skills who thrives in a collaborative environment. Lead the development, coordination, editing, and production of SOQs, RFQs, RFPs, and proposal submissions.Prepare materials for both digital and print reproduction, including final packaging and delivery.Ensure all proposals meet submission requirements and compliance standards.Maintain proposal schedules, deadlines, tracking systems, and pursuit status updates.Coordinate and manage third-party proposal writing or production consultants as needed.Gather content, resumes, project information, and supporting materials from internal teams and consultants.Prepare written and visual materials for client presentations and interviews.Implement and maintain firm brand standards across all proposal and presentation materials. Strong understanding of A/E/C proposal and SOQ development processesKnowledge of business development and go/no-go decision processesExcellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skillsExceptional attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work effectively with teams and leadership at all levelsUnderstanding of proposal production processes, including digital formatting and print/binding coordinationStrong written, verbal, and visual communication skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
