Support solutioning sessions for major proposals by collaborating with the Capture Team to develop approaches aligned with customer requirements. Experience working with technical staff to gather and organize content for proposal responses. Ability to analyze RFP requirements and synthesize information to support proposal development. Demonstrated experience in the leadership of federal market proposal groups and operations. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
