This role serves as a firmwide technical leader, guiding QA processes to ensure architectural documentation meets the highest standards for quality, accuracy, constructability, and code compliance across all phases of design. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve firmwide QA standards, checklists, procedures, and protocolsOversee the development and refinement master specifications, standard details, and Revit/BIM standardsPartner with firm leadership to enhance technical performance and documentation quality Serve as an expert technical resource for across the firmMentor and train staff in documentation standards, construction methods, and technical best practices 10+ years of professional architectural experience2–3+ years focused on quality assurance and quality controlExperience across multiple project types Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem‑solving skillsStrong communication, leadership, and collaboration abilitiesApproachable to staff with a patient and friendly demeanorAble to guide multiple teams while maintaining consistency and quality
