The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies, cloud transformation, security, compliance, and collaboration platforms, while providing strategic guidance to business and technical stakeholders. Architecture & Solution Design Design end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with business and technology objectives. Define architecture, roadmap, and governance strategies for Microsoft 365 workloads. Lead tenant consolidation, migration, and modernization initiatives. Develop scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-based solutions. Microsoft 365 Platform Expertise Architect solutions across: Microsoft Teams SharePoint Online OneDrive for Business Exchange Online Viva Suite Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Microsoft Copilot for M365 Evaluate and recommend new Microsoft technologies and services. Security & Compliance Design security solutions utilizing: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Conditional Access Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Privileged Identity Management (PIM) Microsoft Defender Suite Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Information Protection and Compliance Controls Ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory compliance requirements. Migration & Transformation Lead migrations from: On-premises Exchange to Exchange Online File Shares to SharePoint Online and OneDrive Third-party collaboration platforms to Microsoft 365 Create migration strategies, deployment plans, and risk mitigation approaches.
