We are seeking a skilled and motivated Intermediate Designer who is a registered architect in the State of California to join our New York office team. This is an intermediate-level role and is ideal for a creative, technically proficient, and highly organized designer who thrives in a collaborative studio environment. Licensure: All candidates must be registered architects in the State of California.Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign).Strong knowledge of 3ds Max, Corona, and/or other high-quality rendering software.Knowledge of sustainable design practices and material research.Ability to create persuasive and visually compelling presentation materials.High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
