React Architect

We are seeking a skilled React Engineer to design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack applications using React.js and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance solutions while following Agile development practices and engineering best standards. Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain full-stack applications using React.js and Spring Boot.Build new applications, prototypes, and proof-of-concept solutions.Translate business requirements into scalable and reliable software solutions.Design, code, test, deploy, and monitor applications throughout the SDLC.Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA engineers, product owners, and stakeholders.Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Support engineering standards, process improvements, and application monitoring. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.3+ years of professional software development experience.Strong expertise in React.js.Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.Knowledge of application monitoring, observability, and performance optimization.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment. Preferred QualificationsExperience with Docker and Kubernetes.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.Experience with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools.Understanding of UX/UI principles and front-end best practices.
