Recruitment Coordinator - The College of Architecture and Design - UTK

The College of Architecture and Design seeks a Recruitment Coordinator to develop and implement strategies that recruit students to the College and support enrollment, retention, and graduation goals. This position leads on- and off-campus recruitment efforts, builds long-term relationships with prospective students and families, and collaborates with college and university partners to strengthen awareness of the College and its academic programs. Collaborate with admissions and college partners to guide prospective students through the recruitment and decision-making process and connect them with appropriate resources and services.Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, community partners, alumni, and other stakeholders that support recruitment outcomes and long-term engagement with the College. Skill in planning and executing recruitment programs, visits, tours, and special events Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed to support recruitment events and College programs.
