The Regional Architectural Lead is responsible for leading the overall pre-construction design process across multiple projects within the region. The role operates within Design Central and serves as the overall process lead for architectural scope definition, interdisciplinary alignment, stage progression, and project readiness prior to design freeze. · Ensure alignment of scope, design intent, and technical requirements prior to design freeze · Coordinate with MEP discipline to ensure alignment of active FLS systems within the overall design · Effective coordination and alignment across Architecture, MEP, Interior Design, Product Development, and Operations
