Coordinate strategic growth plan with office leaders and market and service line leadersEstablish and grow market presence in area through marketing and business developmentManage financial budget for practice and allocate resources accordinglyLead and contribute to the production of proposals and projectsServe as a technical expertise resource to project managers and technical staffEstablish resources staffing needs for the practice on a regional levelInterview and make recommendations for hiring staff for the practiceLead and manage team members by providing leadership and continuous performance management (setting expectations, goals, feedback, 1:1 meeting, coaching) that supports the growth and development of team. Bachelor’s degree in ArchitectureProfessional Engineer License or equivalent20+ years’ experience in specialized discipline including supervisory, project management, and business development Demonstrated experience leading othersProject management and business development experienceExperience working with local clients at the state, county, and major municipality level Work is performed within a general office environment. Travel to offices in the region monthly will be required to meet with office leadership and staff.
