*This position is fully on-site in Colorado Springs | Top Secret Security Clearance Required Accountable for generation and management of Trace3's solutions to meet company revenue and profit goals.Utilize a consultative approach to drive a team-oriented culture that bridges account executives and engineering services.Develop solutions and go-to-market artifacts to include positioning, technical deliverables, and sales enablement to support Trace3 core capabilities. Lead customer-facing data center technical activities, to include formulation and approval of technical scoping activities.Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams to create and position the company unique solutions.Assist in the creation of business plans and execution against the company's target markets, customer profiles, and go to market solutions.Assist in proposal and SOW development with specific emphasis on validating technical solution and level of effort for services to be performed.Perform delivery of assessment and solutions to customers, as requiredFocus on solutions that contribute to gross margin increases to support company bottom-line profitability goal achievement.Assist in project and program delivery as needed to support Trace3's business objectives and business utilization goals.
