As a key member of our team, you will draft, design, coordinate, and support architectural projects from inception to completion. We seek a hands-on individual with technical expertise in REVIT and AutoCAD. You should be capable of managing project elements independently while working closely with our internal teams, clients, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed architectural plans utilizing REVIT and AutoCAD. Develop comprehensive construction documents, layouts, elevations, and technical drawings. Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and management. Ensure high accuracy and compliance of drawings and specifications with applicable codes. Engage in client meetings and project discussions as required. Support projects through permitting, revisions, and construction administration phases. Desired Skills and Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Registered Architect. Active architectural registration/licensure in at least one U.S. state. Strong proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD. Ability to independently produce project documentation. Prior experience in project management or coordination. In-depth understanding of construction documents, permitting processes, and building codes. Excellent communication and organizational capabilities. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines simultaneously. Preferred Experience:

Experience in commercial, multifamily, healthcare, or mixed-use projects. Proven track record of coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of BIM workflows and construction administration processes. About Us:

Nova Group, Inc. is a small architecture firm composed of 6 dedicated professionals, including 2 project architects, 2 architects in training, 1 draftsman, and 1 secretary. Our focus is primarily on commercial architecture, encompassing projects such as retail outlets, fast food establishments, convenience stores, grocery stores, medical offices, and educational facilities beyond K-12, alongside multi-family and single-family residential designs.
