**Directs the planning, management, coordination and administration of facilities, buildings and support services in compliance with federal and state laws, rules and regulations, and University goals, objectives, policies and procedures for the Community College system. **Provides leadership in the development, review and evaluation of facilities, buildings, ADA compliance and policies and procedures which insure operational safeguards and conformance with prudent management principles and practices. Possession of a baccalaureate degree in architecture, architectural engineering or related field and 6 year(s) of progressively responsible professional experience with responsibilities for professional architectural work experience of which 3 years shall have been as a registered architect involving the application of professional architectural principles and practices; or any equivalent combination of education and/or professional work experience which provides the required education, knowledge, skills and abilities as indicated. Applications lacking copies of transcripts will be reviewed based on work experience equivalency to meet minimum qualifications.
