Registered Architect

ClotfelterSamokar Architects is one of Kentucky’s leading architectural design firms focused on elementary, secondary, and higher education. We are seeking an experienced Architect who can work independently or as part of a team, has experience working on multiple projects at the same time, utilizes Autodesk Revit proficiently and is willing to help our firm exceed clients’ expectations. The Architect will work with clients, production staff, and consultants throughout the design process and are key in the production of drawings, project management and client relationships. Qualifications Architectural DegreeLicensed or ability to be licensed in the State of Kentucky.Minimum 3 year of in-office work experience post licensure.Proficient with Revit for detailing & drawing production.Strong understanding of building code requirementsExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Ability to produce construction drawings/details that convey the design.Ability to produce construction drawings/details that adhere to code.1+ years of Construction Administration experience preferred
