Registered Architect / Project Manager

LOCATION

Jacksonville, FL

FleischmanGarciaMaslowski (FG+M) Architecture is seeking an exceptional Architect/Project Manager. The ideal candidate will manage, organize, and coordinate project teams, ensure construction documents are produced consistently with design intent, manage project schedules and budgets, and oversee construction administration. The candidate should have the skills to contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere and the initiative to grow within the firm. Required skills include strong design skills in Revit Architecture and knowledge of building codes and standards.

Position Requirements:

Possess strong design skills in Revit Architecture

Knowledge of building codes and standards.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Excellent time management

Strong presentation skills

40-hour work week, Monday to Friday







Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in architecture with a minimum of 10 years’ professional experience
Licensed Architect registered in Florida is preferred
Public and Educational design experience
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Project Management Software or equal
Proficiency in Enscape or other rendering software a plus
Strong communication and presentation skills
Candidates must reside in Jacksonville, FL, or within driving distance of the office.
