Whether you are an experienced Project Architect or a senior architect seeking greater leadership responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside talented design professionals while advancing your technical, project management, and client leadership skills. Lead and support architectural projects from conceptual design through construction completionPrepare and coordinate construction documents, technical drawings, specifications, and design documentationDevelop creative, practical, and technically sound architectural solutions for a variety of building typesCoordinate with structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and specialty consultants throughout project deliveryUtilize Revit and BIM workflows to develop and coordinate project documentationParticipate in client meetings, design presentations, consultant coordination, and project planning sessionsEnsure projects comply with applicable building codes, accessibility requirements, and regulatory standardsSupport construction administration activities including RFIs, submittal reviews, site visits, and coordination with contractorsAssist with project scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and overall project managementMentor architectural staff and support professional development as experience level allowsContribute to maintaining strong client relationships and successful project delivery Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program requiredCurrent experience within an architecture, design, or AEC consulting firm requiredRegistered Architect preferredCandidates actively completing the ARE examinations and progressing toward architectural licensure are strongly encouraged to applyExperience with commercial, healthcare, higher education, K-12, multifamily, mixed-use, civic, industrial, hospitality, or institutional projects preferredProficiency with Revit and BIM coordination workflows requiredStrong understanding of building codes, construction documentation, detailing, and project deliveryExperience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teamsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects within a collaborative design environment Join respected architecture and design firms with strong reputations for design excellence and client serviceWork on a diverse portfolio of commercial, healthcare, education, multifamily, civic, hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use developmentsCollaborative environments with direct access to experienced architects and firm leadershipOpportunity to contribute throughout every phase of project deliveryStrong emphasis on mentorship, professional development, and long-term career advancementStable project backlogs with outstanding opportunities for growth and leadership
