Seeking a Registered Architect (PA license or NCARB certified) with 6–8+ years of architectural experience and a strong background in K-12 educational projects. This role will lead project teams through design, documentation, client engagement, and project delivery while managing budgets, schedules, and project scope.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage K-12 architectural projects from concept through construction.Develop project fees, proposals, contracts, budgets, and schedules.Serve as the primary client contact and coordinate with school administrators, boards, consultants, and contractors.Prepare construction documents, specifications, and presentations.Mentor and support project team members while promoting a collaborative work environment.Conduct site visits and oversee project progress.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.Registered Architect (PA) or NCARB certification required.6–8+ years of architectural experience, including K-12 education projects.Proven project management experience with budgeting, scoping, and client management.Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to travel locally to project and construction sites.Benefits:
