Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of commercial projects, from schematic design to construction administration. Manage project teams, client communications, and consultant coordination in a remote environment. Ensure designs meet client objectives, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements. Develop comprehensive construction documents and specifications with high technical accuracy. Conduct quality control reviews and provide technical guidance to project teams. Stay abreast of commercial development trends, building codes, and new technologies. Requirements Professional Architect (RA) license. Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural practice, with a strong emphasis on commercial development projects. Demonstrated success in leading complex commercial projects through all phases. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant design and documentation software. Excellent understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods.
