Resident Architect - Brazil

To support a growing practice, the full-time Resident Architect - Brazil will lead customers in the strategic application of observability practices, partner with internal teams to articulate the value proposition, and act as a trusted advisor on telemetry design while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead customers in applying Honeycomb and observability practices to achieve technical and business goals Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to communicate Honeycomb's value proposition at various organizational levels Mentor engineering teams on observability concepts and best practices while troubleshooting complex customer issues Required qualifications Deep understanding of OpenTelemetry and its ecosystem Experience in software development or system operations, preferably with distributed systems Working knowledge of popular cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools Fluency in at least one programming language such as Ruby, Python, Go, JavaScript, Java, or .NET Strong intuition for telemetry data modeling and organization
