Residential Architect

Lars Remodeling & Design, an award-winning home remodeling company in San Diego specializing in residential remodels and new home construction, is seeking a Residential Architect, preferably a California Licensed Architect to join our growing team of professionals. No telecommuting. Candidates will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: 5+ years of experience in residential design.Licensed Architect is a plus.Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to problem solve individually and with the project team.Proficient on AutoCAD and Revit.Knowledge of materials, construction techniques and building codes.Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
