About the Company Moving beyond traditional design, this role within the design-build firm is centered on constructability, execution, and real-world problem-solving. You will play a critical role in moving projects from concept through construction by ensuring plans are coordinated, actionable, and ready for the field. Work directly with project managers and field teams to resolve design and constructability challenges in real time Identify gaps in plans and proactively provide clear, actionable solutions Improve plan clarity to reduce field confusion, delays, and rework What You Bring Active Tennessee Architectural License 3–5 years of experience in residential architecture or design Strong experience with single-family homes (remodels and additions highly preferred) Experience working directly with clients during preconstruction Proven ability to produce field-ready, buildable construction documents Experience collaborating with construction teams, project managers, or builders Proficiency in: Revit (preferred) AutoCAD Residential design software (Chief Architect, SoftPlan, or similar) Who You Are
