Residential Architectural Designer

What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have: • Experience using Archicad • The ability to draft, design, detail, and refine residential plans using standard architectural practices • A solid understanding of building systems and construction processes • Hands-on experience with architectural drawing sets, elevations, cabinetry, finish selections, and interior detailing • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet weekly deadlines • Excellent listening, collaboration, follow-up, and closing skills • Clear and professional written and verbal communication • A self-driven, motivated mindset • Comfort working in a fast-paced, open-concept environment • A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interiors, or equivalent experience • 3–5 years of design experience (residential preferred) • Exceptional organization and attention to detail What We Offer • Competitive salary based on experience • Comprehensive benefits package • Paid time off, including holidays • A collaborative, engaging, and purpose-driven work environment
